A sworn Wisconsin Statute § 5.06 complaint was filed by Robert Pellegrini. The complaint alleges that the use of drop boxes in the Village of Hartland is in contravention of the methods permitted by statute for the return of absentee ballots contained in Wis. Stat. § 6.87(4)(b)1.
