The Wisconsin Elections Commission received a sworn Wisconsin Statute § 5.06 complaint on April 12, 2021, by Richard Carlstedt and several other consolidated complainants. The complaint pertains to the City of Green Bay’s alleged legal violations relating to the use of a private elections consultant and the overall delegation/corporatization of elections responsibilities.
