Filling out the Form

  1. Use the form for new clerks and any deputies or clerk staff who will be using WisVote in the future. Clerk staff and deputies who will not need WisVote access as well as chief inspectors and other poll workers will be manually added to ElectEd by the clerk.
  2. Upon receipt of this request, a login and password will be issued to ElectEd to allow the new user to complete training.
