The Wisconsin Elections Commission is dedicated to maintaining the highest possible voter data quality and accurate elections statistics. Every effort is made to assure the accuracy and completeness. Given the complexity of Wisconsin’s elections administration structure and business processes, despite best efforts and quality control management practices, some residual data error resulting from compilation by multiple partners may sometimes occur. The data is recorded by local authorities in Wisconsin's 1,850 municipalities and is not edited or altered in any way by the Wisconsin Elections Commission. Reviewers of Wisconsin’s voter participation and elections data are encouraged to contact the Commission if errors or omissions in the data are discovered.
Note regarding the Election Day Registration Postcards Report
The 2022 Partisan Primary Election Day Registration (EDR) Postcards statistics report should not be construed as a final accounting and has not been audited by Commission staff for errors.
This report reflects the information reported by each municipal clerk and/or election commission as of November 17, 2022. While initial reports are due 90 days after a state or federal election, clerks have the ability to update their data as more specific information becomes available.
A list of municipalities that have not completed their EDR reporting requirements is included on sheet 2 in the posted report.
