On October 4, 2024, the Wisconsin Elections Commission passed the following motion unanimously relating to the decision of complaint of Susan Trojan v. Claire Woodall-Vogg (EL 22-63) that was issued on April 1, 2024:
Withdraw the following portions of the opinion letter for Susan Trojan v. Claire Woodall-Vogg (EL 263): Page 6 starting with “Voting Functions During Alternate Site Designation;” page 7; page 8 through the fourth full paragraph ending with “by mail or from alternate sites;” the entirety of number 2 on page 10.”
This motion was taken pursuant to the Commission’s authority under Wis. Stat. § 5.06(7). This webpage has been updated to include a version of the April 1 decision letter that has been revised, pursuant to the Commission’s motion, to withdraw the portions indicated above.
