Denise Everson filed a sworn Wisconsin Statute § 5.06 complaint pertaining to an alleged violation of Wis. Stat. § 5.25(4)(a) relating to a ramp inside the polling location used at the 2021 Spring Election in which Ms. Everson allegedly stepped off and broke her foot. She alleges that the ramp in question is unsafe because it does not contain a railing.
This complaint has not yet been resolved by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
