A complaint was filed with the Wisconsin Elections Commission, received on January 13, 2021, against the Town of Hudson and Clerk Vicki Shaw. The complaint was filed by Michele Denison. The WEC returned the complaint, without prejudice, pursuant to Wis. Admin. Code § EL 20.04(2), as it fails to state probable cause that a violation of law under the Commission’s authority has been violated. Please see attached correspondence for details.
