U.S. DOJ Guidance Document – Federal Law Constraints on Post-Election Review of Ballots, Other Records and Voting Systems

The United States Department of Justice (U.S. DOJ) recently issued guidance on federal statutes that could impose constraints on the scope and method of post-election audits, including reviews of election materials like ballots for the 2020 General Election.
