This notice is given pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.84(3) which provides for two hours advance notice of a meeting when it is impossible or impractical to provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
The Elections Commission will convene in open session and then immediately move to closed session under Wis. Stat. § 19.851. This meeting is not noticed for the Commission to return to open session.
