At the October 4, 2024, meeting of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, the Commissioners unanimously adopted an “Elector Challenges” pamphlet and directed staff to publish it. Wisconsin’s election officials may now print a copy of that approved tri-fold pamphlet to keep handy for when they receive elector challenges to a voter’s qualifications. A copy of this document has been included with this communication for easy printing and reference.
Additionally, the pamphlet contains a QR code that can be scanned by voters and election observers, should they wish to personally review a copy. This code can be scanned by the voter/observer using their phone, and it is located on the back page of the paper version of the pamphlet. When scanned, the QR code will take the person right to a website-readable version of the pamphlet’s content. The code appears in the pamphlet as follows:
