The Wisconsin Elections Commission (“the Commission”) has scheduled a public hearing and comment period on the proposed administrative rule, Chapter EL 7, pertaining to approval and security of electronic voting systems and ballot security, and Chapter EL 13, relating to training for election inspectors and special voting deputies (SVD).
The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 1 p.m., and will be held virtually via zoom. Please note that the hearing is contingent upon receiving the report from the Legislative Council on or before October 2, and if that report is not received, this hearing will be cancelled.
