In short, the 10 electors will select a chairperson and a secretary, then proceed to voting. They will vote on paper ballots. After the chairperson announces the vote, all electors will sign six original copies of the Certificates of Votes Cast. After that, they will adjourn.

Logisitics

If you cannot attend, Wisconsin Eye will carry the meeting live: http://www.wiseye.org/

If you are attending, no media credentialing is necessary. If you are carrying equipment, the East elevator is out of order, so use the North elevator and follow the hallway to the East.

The back row of the meeting room has been cleared for camera setup.  Electors will be sitting in the seats on an elevated dais where legislators normally sit during hearings. The room has an excellent sound system and there will be extra mult-boxes available.  Media tables off to the sides will be as usual.

Media staff from the Republican Party of Wisconsin will be on hand for assistance.
