The first day for municipal clerks to start sending Special Voting Deputies (SVDs) to residential care facilities and retirement homes is Monday, July 18, 2022. We have put together a short training video which outlines the duties and responsibilities of municipal clerks and SVDs during absentee voting. The video is posted in The Learning Center, under the Election Administration training tile.
