Public Comment Period Open for Draft EL 4 Rule

On March 20, 2024, the Commission members voted 6–0 to approve the Economic Impact analysis and the draft EL 4 Rule Order concerning the Commission’s proposed observer rule. All documents and notices are posted here and at this link: https://elections.wi.gov/draft-rule-chapter-el-4-election-observers. The main public comment phase for the rule is now open, and any written comments or questions can be emailed to Brandon Hunzicker at @email. The public hearing will be on April 24 at 1 p.m., and anyone may appear and give a four-minute comment on the rule.
