In response to clerk requests, Wisconsin Elections Commission is scheduling additional virtual tabletop exercises outside typical business hours.
Election Security Virtual Tabletop Exercises (V-TTX)
Saturday, October 17, 2020 – 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Thursday, October 22, 2020 – 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Space will be limited for these events and registration is required.
Registration for these events can be found here: https://elections.wi.gov/clerks/education-training/schedule
This virtual tabletop exercise will be conducted in a roundtable discussion format. The training will provide participants opportunities to identify, assess, and solve issues that could affect elections. The exercise is intended to help clerks prepare for possible election security challenges, and to provide tools and resources to help better prepare clerks for potential future incidents.
The Security V-TTX will be presented via Zoom and participants should expect to be actively engaged. All who register are asked to actively participate. We want clerks to feel comfortable participating openly, and as a result, this event will not be open to the public nor will it be recorded. Once registration is confirmed, a Zoom link will be emailed to the participant.
