2021 Four-Year Voter Record Maintenance Complete

On July 31, 2021, Elections Commission technical staff deactivated the voter records of individuals who did not respond to the Notice of Suspension of Registration sent June 15, 2021.  This completes the four-year voter record maintenance process for 2021.

As a reminder, clerks are no longer required to track returned Four-Year Maintenance Postcards in WisVote.  Voters who wish to stay registered must complete a new EL-131 Voter Registration form or register online at https://myvote.wi.gov .

The final statistics from the four-year voter record maintenance are available on the Elections Commission website here: https://elections.wi.gov/publications/reports/2021-four-year-maintenance.  Statistics are provided at the state level, as well as counts by county and by municipality.

The Commission would like to thank all clerks for their efforts in the process.  Clerks with questions may contact the Elections Commission Help Desk at (608) 261-2028, or at @email .
