Notice of Voting Equipment Audit
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 7.08 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (52 U.S.C. § 21081), the Wisconsin Elections Commission on behalf of the Village of Menomonee Falls will conduct a voting system audit on November 23, 2018 at 10 a.m. and, if needed, November 26, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the Wisconsin Elections Commission, 212 East Washington Ave., Third Floor, Madison, WI. The reporting units to be audited are Wards 4 and 21, which utilize the ES&S DS200 and ES&S ExpressVote voting systems. The reporting units and contests were randomly selected by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
