Municipal clerks (in municipalities that canvass absentee ballots at an alternate location) deliver tally sheets, inspectors' statements, ballots, and applicable envelopes and materials to county clerks by 4:00 p.m. - 7.51(5)(b), 7.52 - the 2nd day following the election
