Voter Registration - Election Administration Tutorial from Wisconsin Elections Commission on Vimeo.

Please note that the video has not been updated to reflect the current requirement that voters present acceptable photo ID to receive a ballot. A voter should present a photo ID after announcing his or her name and address to the election inspectors managing the poll books. Both election inspectors should compare the photo ID to verify that it reasonably conforms to the voter's name on the poll list and the photo reasonably resembles the voter.
