The Wisconsin Elections Commission received a complaint on February 15, 2021, against the Clerk in the City of Wauwatosa, Melanie Kollmansberger. The complaint is not in proper form as the complainant is not an elector in the City of Wauwatosa, and is therefore not a proper party to filing a complaint with our office under Wis. Stat. § 5.06. The complaint is returned without prejudice pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 5.06 and Wis. Admin. Code § EL 20.04(1) and (2).
