GAB March 2011 Meeting

Two-day meeting of the Board.  (This meeting was originally scheduled for March 28 and 29.)

Please note change in location to Risser Justice Center.

The Board is scheduled to begin its open session meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 22, at Risser Justice Center. 

The Board may convene in closed session on Tuesday, March 22 and will return to open session to consider any remaining open session items before returning to closed session.  

The Board will meet beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, at the Government Accountability Board office.  While this is primarily a closed session, some open session agenda items may be considered on Wednesday, March 23.

5.05 (6a) and 19.85 (1) (h)    The Board’s deliberations on requests for advice under the ethics code, lobbying law, and campaign finance law shall be in closed session.
19.85 (1) (g)    The Board may confer with legal counsel concerning litigation strategy.
19.851    The Board’s deliberations concerning investigations of any violation of the ethics code, lobbying law, and campaign finance law shall be in closed session.
19.85 (1) (c)    The Board may consider performance evaluation data of a public employee over which it exercises responsibility.

The Government Accountability Board has scheduled its next meeting for Monday, May 16, 2011
at the Government Accountability Board offices, 212 East Washington Avenue, Third Floor, in
Madison, Wisconsin, beginning at 9:30 am.
