Accepting Public Comment on the Proposed Observer Rule

On March 20, 2024, the Commission members voted 6–0 to approve the Economic Impact analysis and the draft EL 4 Rule Order concerning the Commission’s proposed observer rule. The main public comment phase for the rule is now open. The public hearing will be on April 24 at 1 p.m., and anyone may appear and give a four-minute comment on the rule.
