The Elections Commission is facilitating a study by the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Political Science Department. To that end, we are asking that you please provide electronic copies of your Inspectors’ Statements for the November 8, 2016 General Election. Please scan your Inspectors’ Statements and email them to PresidentialEL104@wi.gov.
This is a voluntary request and we are unable to compensate you for any potential expenses that you may incur. If you are unable to provide this information but think that your municipal clerks may be able to do so, please forward this request to them. Your efforts to provide Inspector Statements electronically to the WEC may have an indirect benefit that could make the time spent scanning these documents worth your time. It is anticipated that trends may be identified that can lead to form improvements and/or general election administration improvements. We will share the results of the review of Inspector Statements with you.
