The GAB-190 Form for the February 19, 2013 Spring Primary and the April 2, 2013 Spring Election are now posted on the Government Accountability Board’s (G.A.B.) website.  The GAB-190 and Help Guide for the Spring Primary can be found at The GAB-190 and Help Guide for the Spring Election can be found at

No substantial changes to the form have been made. The Help Guide contains useful guidance on how to provide the most accurate information for each line item.  The GAB-190 is available with both a fillable and non-fillable version at the website addresses listed above.  

State Statutes require that the GAB-190 information is entered into the Wisconsin Election Data Collection System (WEDCS) within 30 days of the primary or election. For the Spring Primary, the due date is Thursday, March 21, 2013. The 2013 Spring Election GAB-190 data should be entered into WEDCS by Thursday, May 2, 2013.

Special Note:  Please do not mail a paper copy of your GAB-190’s to the Government Accountability Board.  Instead, please enter the GAB-190 information into WEDCS.  Please remember that the election cost data only needs to be provided once for each municipality – not for each reporting unit.
