Norbert and Donna Normand filed a sworn Wisconsin Statute § 5.06 complaint alleging that the City of Wausau knowingly violated elections law by providing duplicate ballots to two electors that had already cast their ballots.
The complaint has been resolved with the attached decision letter dated August 11, 2021
