Monday, March 23, 2015, the United States Supreme Court issued an order declining to hear an appeal of Wisconsin's voter photo ID law.
On advice of the Wisconsin Attorney General, the photo ID law will not be enforced for the April 7, 2015 Spring Election, but will be enforced for subsequent elections.
